The Premier Pitching Program is led by Brian Snyder and Dave Carroll. This is the 22nd year for this unique format and is recognized as one of the best off-season pitching programs anywhere. The goal is to have the pitchers game ready at the start of spring practices in February. It is advanced and comprehensive, with each class consisting of a cycle of three stations including: proper warm-up, stretching and flexibility improvement, mechanical drill work, arm conditioning, pitch development, light weight/surgical tubing/plyo-metric workout, and cardiovascular conditioning. Video analysis will be used.

Inclement Weather Policy

Baseball reserves the right to postpone any class due to weather. Make-up sessions
will be scheduled at the earliest possible day and time. No make-ups for classes
missed due to personal reasons will be guaranteed.
