High School Pre-Season Training Camp
Be ready for High School Try-outs!
Virginia High School softball seasons begin Monday February, 22, 2010. Our Pre-Season Training Camp is designed to put you ahead of the competition. During the 7 week program, our professional instructors will help you prepare for the season by taking you through 90 minutes of intense drills and activities.
Cost: $275
7 weeks – 1.5 hour sessions
Ages 13-18 yrs
Skills covered:
Offense (hitting, bunting, baserunning)
Defense (footwork, fielding, throwing)
Conditioning (agility, speed, flexibility)
Wednesdays:
January 6, 13, 20, 27, February 3, 10, 17
(maximum of 12 participants each session)
• Session 1: 4:00-5:30p
• Session 2: 6:00p-7:30p
• Session 3: 7:30-9:00p
Saturdays:
January 9, 16, 23, 30, February 6, 13, 20
(maximum of 8 participants each session)
• Session 1: 10:00a-11:30p
• Session 2: 11:30-1:00p
Inclement Weather Policy

Baseball reserves the right to postpone any class due to weather. Make-up sessions
will be scheduled at the earliest possible day and time. No make-ups for classes
missed due to personal reasons will be guaranteed.
