Youth Summer Programs
Snyder Baseball will provide a variety of instructional programs for the Summer of 2011.
Included at our AIR CONDITIONED facility in Haymarket: Indoor Day Camp, Advanced Infield, Advanced Pitcher/Catcher, and Advanced Hitting. Outdoor day camps will be held at Fauquier High School (FHS).
We are pleased to announce our Advanced Infield and Premier Infield camps with Potomac Nationals Coach Mark Harris. Coach Harris was previously with the Kansas City Royals for 4 years. He served as the Minor League Infield Coordinator from 2008–2010 and worked as a roving coach in 2007. He also spent time as a scout in the Texas and Philadelphia systems. Coach Harris played in the Yankees organization after being selected in the first round (25th overall) of the 1978 Amateur Draft.

Summer Weather
Weather is not a problem for camps located near our Haymarket facility. If rain or extreme heat threatens these camps, we will move indoors.

Indoor Camps at
Haymarket Facility
Indoor Day Camp (ages 6-12)
In our 7,600 sq.ft, state-of-the-art, indoor, AIR CONDITONED, Astroturf arena. Our typical camp schedule consists of specialty stations in the morning, covering a wide variety of topics. The afternoon session consists of games and situational training incorporating the topics covered in the morning. We provide numerous fun baseball activities and events like Snyderball Olympics, which is held the last day of camp, to ensure a fun baseball experience. Campers are grouped by age and skill level. ($195)

Advanced Infield, Advanced Pitcher/Catcher & Advanced Hitting (ages 9-14)
The advanced specialty camps offered this summer will be the Infield, Pitcher / Catcher and Hitting. These camps are half day programs and will be held at our indoor facility in Haymarket. Campers receive extensive training and instruction in the specialty area that has been chosen. The schedule has been designed to allow for sign-ups in both the morning Pitcher/Catcher or Infield and afternoon Hitting. ($135 each for pitch, catch or hitting; $150 for infield)

Outdoor Camps at
Fauquier High School
A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Fauquier High School Athletics program.
Premier Infield Camp (ages 9-18)

Fauquier HS Youth Camp (ages 6-12)
Snyder Baseball will work in conjunction with Fauquier High School baseball coaching staff. This camp will be held at FHS. The format will be similar to that of the Indoor Camps. ($195 - portion of proceeds will benefit FHS athletics)

Inclement Weather Policy
Snyder
Baseball reserves the right to postpone any class due to weather. Make-up sessions
will be scheduled at the earliest possible day and time. No make-ups for classes
missed due to personal reasons will be guaranteed.
What You Need
To Know For Camp!
Indoor Day Camp
Time: Camp begins promptly at 9:00am and ends promptly at 2:00pm (Monday through Friday)
Where: Snyder Baseball @ Haymarket Sportsplex
What to Bring:
- pack a lunch for each day
- water bottle
- equipment (NO CLEATS)
**We do have a drink machine that has waters and Gatorades for $1.50**
Advanced Hitting Camp
Time: Camp begins promptly at 12:30pm and ends promptly at 3:00pm.
Where: Snyder Baseball @ Haymarket Sportsplex
What to Bring:
- water bottle
- equipment (bat and helmet - if you have one)
- tennis shoes (no cleats)
Advanced Infield Camp
Time: Camp begins promptly at 9:00 am and ends promptly at 11:30 am.
Where: Snyder Baseball @ Haymarket Sportsplex
What to Bring:
- water bottle
- equipment (gloves)
- tennis shoes (no cleats)
**If staying for the Advanced Hitting Camp - bring a packed lunch to eat while relaxing in our waiting area**
Advanced Pitcher/Catcher Camp
Time: Camp begins promptly at 9:00 am and ends promptly at 11:30 am.
Where: Snyder Baseball @ Haymarket Sportsplex
Pitcher or Catcher: Must decide what your primary position will be for the week. You will have the opportunity to participate in both, but need to have a primary position selected.
What to Bring:
- water bottle
- equipment (catchers need to have protection)
- tennis shoes (no cleats)
**If staying for the Advanced Hitting Camp - bring a packed lunch to eat while relaxing in our waiting area**
