Team Rentals
We are accepting requests for team rentals NOW.
Requests will be confirmed on a first come, first serve basis.

Reservations booked in advance must complete and sign a rental contract in order to guarantee your timeslot.
Take advantage of our 10 week rental and get 2 additional weeks free!
2 Lanes - $110/hr
10 weeks for $1,100 + 2 FREE weeks
All rental dates must be booked in advance during the same timeslot each week.
10 Week Team Rentals will be given priority timeslots.
Reservations for less than the 10 week special can be requested, but will be filled after the 10 week agreements are finalized.
Team Camps & Instruction Available!
Team camps can be designed to meet the specific needs of your team. Have one or more of our instructors run your team practice. Team camps must be scheduled directly with Brian, David, or Erin.

Rental Agreement

Fill-in as much information as possible, print the form (you can "save as" to your computer, too) and bring it with you when we finalize the arrangements.

Waiver Forms
Here we have Waiver Forms for both adult and minor participants. Everyone, youth and adult, must provide a signed waiver for their participation in the Snyder Baseball/Haymarket SportsPlex facility. While these forms are part of the packet, above, you can direct your team members to these links allowing them to fill-in their information on their computer, print the form and have it complete before arriving.
