Fall & Winter Team Rental Information
Snyder Baseball and Softball Academy has all your team's needs, whether it be a winter long rental in the finest indoor facility in the area or a Team Camp, utilizing our professional staff. The team camp will be designed specifically for your team and players' needs, with input from the team's coaching staff. Each player will receive a free one month standard membership to Snyder Baseball Clubhouse, our new web site that houses video clips of the drills that will be used in the camp, so parents can follow along at home. After the one month free membership is up, you can continue for only $5.99 per month. The Grand Slam includes one full year of the standard membership to the Clubhouse!!!

Team Rentals
Single
10 sessions, 1 hour per session + 2 Free sessions for $1100
Double
10 session, 1.5 hour per session + 2 Free sessions for $1650
All long term team rentals and camps are for two lanes. Please contact us for other requests.
Team Camps
Maximum of 12 players – for groups with more than twelve players, an additional fee would be charged per player based on per player fee.
Triple
10 sessions, 1.5 hour per session + 2 Free sessions with one instructor and one month free standard membership to Clubhouse for $2875
**$239.58 per player for 12 player team
Home Run
10 sessions, 1.5 hour per session + 2 Free rental times with two instructors and one month free standard membership to Clubhouse for $3975
**$331.25 per player for 12 player team
Grand Slam
10 sessions, 1.5 hour per session + 4 Free rentals times with three instructors and one YEAR free standard membership to Clubhouse for $4975
**$414.58 per player for 12 player team
Terms and Conditions:
- Reservations booked in advance must be accompanied by a completed and signed rental agreement, along with 50% deposit.
- The first 10 session dates must be scheduled, in advance, at the agreed upon day and time. The two "free" additional rental times may be held for future use.
- You may schedule an instructor for any one session at a reduced rate of $85 per hour.
- The two free rental times do not include instructors.

Rental Agreement

Waiver Forms
Here we have Waiver Forms for both adult and minor participants. Everyone, youth and adult, must provide a signed waiver for their participation in the Snyder Baseball/Haymarket SportsPlex facility. While these forms are part of the packet, above, you can direct your team members to these links allowing them to fill-in their information on their computer, print the form and have it complete before arriving.

Inclement Weather Policy
Snyder
Baseball reserves the right to postpone any class due to weather. Make-up sessions
will be scheduled at the earliest possible day and time. No make-ups for classes
missed due to personal reasons will be guaranteed.
