The Youth Winter Training Program follows the same curriculum and uses the same instructors as the High School Winter Training Program. Players will be grouped by age and skill levels.
The Winter Training Camp provides extensive training in both physical and mental aspects of hitting, fielding, throwing and speed & agility. The program covers a variety of topics necessary for playing at the youth level and beyond. Fundamental mechanics of swing, vision training, hitting off-speed pitches, situational hitting, and mental approach are covered. Fielding and throwing fundamentals will also be covered. Video analysis will be used.

A deposit is due at the time of registration. The remaining balance will be due by January 15, 2011. Baseball reserves the right to postpone any class due to weather. Make-up sessions
will be scheduled at the earliest possible day and time. No make-ups for classes
missed due to personal reasons will be guaranteed.
