Coach Matt Graham brings a wealth of playing and coaching experience to the Snyder Bucks program.

Graham played collegiate baseball at Frederick Community College in Maryland and Wallace State Community College in Alabama before being drafted in 2003. His playing career was cut short due to Crohn’s disease, but his passion for the game led him into coaching.

He began coaching travel baseball in 2013 and joined the Fauquier High School varsity baseball staff in 2018 as an assistant coach and hitting coach. After several seasons with the program, Graham was named head varsity baseball coach for the 2026 season and is preparing for his second season leading the team.

Graham has also been involved with Snyder Baseball as a hitting instructor and has served as an assistant coach with the Snyder Bucks showcase program for the past several seasons, working alongside Coaches Brandon Snyder and Sean McCauley.

His oldest son, Matthew, is currently a sophomore catcher at Ferrum College, while his younger son, Tyler, has competed in the Bucks showcase program.

Graham brings a strong background in player development, hitting instruction, and competitive baseball to the 17U Bucks.
