Middle Winter Training Camp is instructed by our SBA staff. The program provides extensive training in hitting, fielding, throwing and speed & agility. The program covers a variety of topics necessary for playing at the middle school level and beyond. Fundamental mechanics of the swing, vision training, hitting off-speed pitches, situational hitting, and the mental approach will all be covered. Fielding and throwing fundamentals will also be included. Video analysis will be used.

The Middle School Spring Training Camp is patterned after the HS Winter Training Program and provides extensive training in hitting, fielding, throwing and speed & agility. The program covers a variety of topics necessary for playing at the high school level and beyond. Fundamental mechanics of the swing, vision training, hitting off-speed pitches, situational hitting, and the mental approach are covered. Fielding and throwing fundamentals and speed and agility will also be covered. The program is scheduled to finish just prior to Middle School baseball tryouts in March.
