Players are grouped by age, experience and ability within each program.

Middle School Winter Training

Middle School Winter Training provides comprehensive offseason development in hitting, fielding, throwing, speed and agility. Designed specifically for middle school players, the program focuses on the skills, mechanics and approach needed to continue developing toward higher levels of baseball.
Training includes swing mechanics, vision training, hitting off-speed pitches, situational hitting and mental approach, along with fielding and throwing fundamentals. Video analysis is incorporated throughout the program to provide additional feedback and reinforce instruction.
Players are grouped appropriately by age and experience within the program.

spring & TRYOUT preparation
Middle School Tryout Prep
prepare with purpose.
Middle School Tryout Prep is designed to help players prepare for middle school baseball tryouts and the start of the spring season. Training focuses on hitting, fielding, throwing, speed and agility while reinforcing the fundamentals and mechanics players will need as they compete at the middle school level.
Players will work on swing mechanics, vision training, hitting off-speed pitches, situational hitting and mental approach, along with fielding and throwing fundamentals. The program is intentionally scheduled to conclude just before middle school baseball tryouts.
