Youth Pre-Season Camp

Our Youth Pre-Season Baseball Camp is a great way to get ready for tryouts and the new season. It is a conditioning camp that includes instruction in hitting, fielding, throwing, and speed and agility. Repetitions increase each week to help improve bat speed, arm strength, and foot work.

Youth winter training

The Youth Winter Training Camp is patterned after the HS Winter Training Program and provides extensive training in hitting, fielding, throwing and speed & agility. The program covers a variety of topics necessary for playing at the high school level and beyond. Fundamental mechanics of the swing, vision training, hitting off-speed pitches, situational hitting, and the mental approach are covered. Fielding and throwing fundamentals will also be covered. Video analysis will be used. Players grouped by age and experience.

The Youth Spring Training Camp is patterned after the Middle School Spring Training and HS Winter Training Programs and provides training in hitting, fielding, throwing and speed & agility. Fundamental mechanics of the swing, vision training, hitting off-speed pitches, situational hitting, and the mental approach are covered.

Youth pitching camp

Youth Pitching Camps offer players extensive training in areas of pitching specific to age and level of play. Proper throwing motion is stressed in all levels, along with pitch development, mental approach, and arm conditioning. Bio-mechanic breakdown of motion will be done for each pitcher. Players moving to the 90-foot diamond will also cover pick-off moves. Session times are staggered with the Youth Hitting Camp to allow players to sign-up for both skills, in a back to back timeframe.

Youth Hitting Camps provide extensive training in both physical and mental aspects of hitting. The program covers all topics necessary for hitting at specific levels of youth baseball. Fundamental mechanics of swing, vision training, hitting off-speed pitches, situational hitting, and mental approach will be covered. Video analysis will be utilized in all classes. Session times are staggered with the Youth Pitching and Youth Catching Camps to allow players to sign-up for both skills, in a back to back timeframe.

Youth infield camp

Youth Infield Camps provide a comprehensive program focusing on the fundamentals of fielding. The program covers all topics necessary for infielders at specific levels of youth baseball. Each week a different skill will be covered including fielding position/glove angle, ready position/approach to ground ball, back hand and forehand. Session times are staggered with the Youth Pitching, Youth Hitting and Youth Catching Camps to allow players to sign-up for multiple skills, in a back to back timeframe.

Youth Catching Camps offer players extensive training specific for the catcher position. Players will be instructed on stance, receiving, blocking, throwing, fielding bunts, tag plays and the mental aspects of game management. Catchers should bring a mask, shin guards and chest protector.
